He was in the first Rock'em Sock'em Robots toy commercial in 1964 for Louis Marx and Company aka Marx Toy Company. He appeared on Hazel, starring Shirley Booth, throughout the five-year run of the series, first on NBC with Don DeFore and Whitney Blake in the role of his parents, George and Dorothy Baxter. In the last season on CBS, he lived with his Uncle Steve Baxter and Aunt Barbara, played by Ray Fulmer, and Lynn Borden, respectively, after DeFore and Blake left the series.
